We live in perilous times. Terrorism, pandemics, fake news plus the autocrats and platforms that profit from the fear and rage all use network power. Network power is totally different than the industrial might our politics, economics, institutions and ideologies are built on. This is a how-to guide to reclaim the powerful tools of the network era for inclusive democracy "worth fighting for" as Eleanore Roosevelt put it during industrialization's existential struggle a century ago. Democracy can win by harnessing the inherent openness and peer-to-peer empowerment to enrich communities and relieve industrialization's heavy burden on a burning and angry planet.
